Making sure 220 EMTs are being properly managed is very time consuming without the JEMSprepare learning management system. Prior to being online, I had to manage learners on paper, which involved many tedious and difficult hours attempting to align schedules. I somehow always managed to miss a few and had to go back and try fitting them into the schedule, while trying to accommodate their various needs and requests.
