Course Accreditation

JEMSprepare courses are written by EMS experts and practitioners for EMS personnel. Each course is reviewed by independent EMS field experts, including physicians and is accredited for use by EMS personnel at the First Responder, basic and advanced levels. Courses include EMS-specific case scenarios, an expanded glossary, assessment strategies, treatment options and complete references. Courses also include embedded links to resource materials and learning aids. Learning is enhanced through pre-test comprehensive review checkpoints. Our instructional design ensures that students receive the content in the best format for learning and are tested in accordance with educationally-acceptable methods.

All course content is accredited by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS). Topic areas are based on the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) EMT-Basic Refresher Categories; courses also meet NREMT-Paramedic Refresher requirements.
